Welcome to Vexa. We care about your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information when you use our dance community app and AI try-on features.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: username, profile photo, and bio you provide.
• Content you create: photos, short videos, captions, comments, likes, and private messages necessary to operate messaging and social features.
• AI try-on images: person photos and garment images that you submit for the AI try-on feature. These may be temporarily transmitted to our AI provider to generate results and may be cached locally on your device for Recent Fittings.
• Device and usage data: app version, device model, operating system, basic diagnostic logs and crash information to maintain and improve the service.
• Permissions: camera, microphone, and photo library/storage access when you choose features that require them (e.g., recording videos, selecting photos, saving results).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve core features such as posting, browsing, messaging, AI try-on, and saving to your photo library.
• Operate safety tools (report and block), enforce our Terms, and protect users from abuse.
• Maintain app performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.

3. AI Try‑On and Third‑Party Processing

Vexa uses a third‑party AI provider (e.g., Alibaba Cloud — OutfitAnyone/DashScope) to process try‑on requests. Images you submit for AI try‑on are sent to the provider solely to generate the fitting result. The generated image may be saved locally on your device and shown in Recent Fittings. Vexa does not use your content to train its own models. Please refer to the third‑party provider’s terms and privacy notices for their practices.

4. Local Storage and Retention

Some data, such as Recent Fittings and certain preferences, may be stored locally on your device. You can clear cached items by deleting local data or removing the app from your device. Content you save to your photo library is stored in your device’s gallery and is managed by your operating system.

5. Safety, Reporting, and Blocking

Vexa provides tools to report content or accounts and to block other users. We use the information you submit through these tools to review and address safety concerns and to help keep the community respectful.

6. Children’s Privacy

Vexa is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region (e.g., 13 or 16). If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Access and correction: you may view and update account details within the app where available.
• Deletion: you can request account deletion from Settings. You may also remove content you posted and clear local caches.
• Permissions: you can revoke camera, microphone, and photo permissions in your device settings; some features will not work without them.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to protect your information consistent with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Vexa means you accept the updated policy.
