1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent where required. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and accurate.
• We may suspend or terminate the account of anyone who violates these Terms or our safety policies.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Vexa a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display your content solely for operating and improving the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it.

5. AI Try‑On

• AI try‑on is provided for visualization and creative purposes only and may not be accurate.
• By submitting images for try‑on, you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of abuse.
• Posting unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the app or its services.
• Impersonation or unauthorized use of another person’s account or content.

7. Safety and Moderation

We provide tools to report and block accounts or content. We may take action—including content removal or account suspension—when we believe these Terms or our policies are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app and its design, trademarks, and code are owned by Vexa or its licensors. Except for your content, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Vexa is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexa and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Vexa and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vexa at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Vexa means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by applicable law in your place of residence without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in competent courts where you reside, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
